We are currently recruiting for **Dispatcher Training Specialist** for our **St. John's, NL **base

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for Airlines Flight Operations Dispatchers, including initial training, recurrent training, and specialized training as needed;
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other training aids;
- Track and report on the progress of training programs, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback from participants;
- Collaborate with other departments within the airline to ensure that training programs are aligned with the airline's overall goals and objectives;
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements;
- Maintain records of all training activities and ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner;
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development;
- Any other related duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Experience working with Airlines Flight Operations Dispatchers or other operational roles within the airline industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training content in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training development software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel as needed to deliver training programs.
- Ability to work shift work and different hours as required to deliver training to new employees.
