The Energy Services team is an exciting and dynamic group that is integral in contributing to the overall success of Enbridge Gas. This team is accountable for achieving revenue targets, operational perfection, and customer service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide timely execution of business processes in accordance with procedures, standard methodologies, and policies while ensuring. discrepancies are investigated and resolved prior to completion.- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external parties.- Provide direct and/or indirect support to customers using a customer service excellence approach.- Identify, document, and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Accurately collect data and generate business reports.- Ensure business function integrity and reliability.

Must Have Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field OR a combination of related education and work experience.- Proven attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work in a team environment as well as in a self-directed manner.- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with an attention to detail and accuracy.- Proven dedication to customer service excellence.- Ability to perform multiple work assignments in a deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy.- Ability to quickly learn information technology systems.

Working Conditions:
The gas management role will require rotations, on call and weekend hours.
