Location(s): Toronto - Hybrid

As our Technology Supplier Relationship Manager, you will develop and implement a supplier relationship and performance roadmap for the Technology line of business. You have experience leading strategic contract negotiations during the supplier relationship life cycle yielding cost savings and mitigating risk for your organization.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do.- You have expertise in Telecom contract negotiations and have led complex/multistakeholder renewals i.e. Microsoft.- We offer a flexible schedule, collaborative business partnerships, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality results.- You'll be part of the Technology Supplier Management team within Technology Governance and Strategy, working with a growing team of experts.- You will report to the Manager of Technology Supplier and Contracts Management within the Technology Governance and Strategy pillar.- Our practice is informed and guided by Moneris' Supplier Management Policy and Standards.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier/Vendor Management- 2+ years in a leadership/management role- Experience leading contract negotiations with strategic technology suppliers- Support the creation and updating of RFP/RFI templates.- In-depth understand of industry best practices.- Experience with technology products and services.- Establish relationships with key technology suppliers.- Create methods for supplier performance monitoring.- Work to resolve any supplier performance issues that may arise.- Conduct regular supplier assessments and evaluate supplier risk.- Provide supplier performance reports to internal stakeholders.- Guide supplier performance improvement through supplier management strategies- Maintain supplier contracts and related documents in a centralized repository.- Ensure that supplier contract terms are aligned with our goals.- Discipline in documenting meeting minutes, action logs, tracking interactions with our partners.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Experience working with cross-functional leadership.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Experience in the payments industry is considered an asset.- Experience with ServiceNow.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Supplier Relationship Management Certification (SRM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
