**Job Description**:
As a Line Leader you will be responsible for managing the total operation of the production line to maximize performance within established safety, quality, and cost parameters.

**The Line Leader should have**:

- Ability to work well with people across all levels of the facility
- Ability to analyze daily machine performance and troubleshoot equipment
- Experience creating daily plans to maximize machine output
- A strong desire and drive to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, including experience using Excel for data analysis

**The Line Leader will**:

- Analyze production data and identify opportunities to increase productivity and product quality, and optimize machine performance
- Assess the full running of the production line from the hot end to the cold end
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and management teams
- Drive to key performance goals for production lines
- Work with various departments on short term and long term projects
- Occasionally serve as a customer liaison and ensure customer quality requirements are met

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a mechanical or engineering background preferred
- Previous glass experience is a plus
- 5 -10 years of previous production or manufacturing experience is a must
