**Payband / Salary**: FT Support G $31.18 - $36.13

**What you will do**:
Under the direction of the Director and in accordance with established guidelines set out in the Child Care and Early Years Act (2014), The Children Services Early Learning and Care Assessment for Quality Improvement (2014) for Child Care Centres providing Subsidized Care, Public Health and Fire Regulations, The Early Childhood Education Division, the School of Health Sciences and the College, The College of Early Childhood Educators, the Early Childhood Educator develops, implements and evaluates programs for individuals or groups of children ages 0-5; directs and evaluates Early Childhood Education students on placement; demonstrates the philosophy, techniques and theories of the Child Care Centre and the Early Childhood Education Area.; and maintains on-going communication with families, college personnel and the community, with respect to the children and the program; and performs other related duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the role**:

- 2 year Early Childhood Education diploma - must be from a recognized Ontario Community College, or AECE,O (Association of Early Childhood Educators, Ontario) equivalency
- Minimum two years experience as a Qualified Early Childhood Educator in an inclusive child care setting
