About the Role

The Corus Revenue Team is seeking two (2) exceptional individuals with the ability to represent all Corus owned and operated digital properties as a Digital Strategist in both the Agency and Retail environments across Canada. Reporting to the Interim Lead, Local Digital Revenue, you are a creative thinker who has been immersed in the world of digital and social platforms. You have a proven track record of building strategies designed to maximize revenue and provide a measurable ROI for clients. You have a strong background in Audio, Video, Digital and Social selling as well as a solid understanding of Audience measurement and research. Your track record also includes development of non-traditional revenues by presenting innovative, research supported solutions to clients that speak to the changing landscape of media.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets across Corus owned and operated digital and social media platforms.
- Actively prospect for and develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies.
- Liase with other internal stakeholder departments to maximize efficiencies, processes, standards

About You

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 3 years digital sales experience
- Knowledge of digital and social industry terms, standards and metrics
- This position requires an individual who can perform well under the pressure of deadlines, the requirement to generate new customers, and the accountability of aggressive revenue targets
- High level of initiative/self-motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- An ability to determine client marketing goals and needs
- Conceptual, creative thinker and problem solver
- Must enjoy fast paced work environment that is based on team and individual effort
- A valid driver’s license and reliable automobile
- A positive, outgoing friendly manner based on customer service needs
- Proven track record in business development
- High level of knowledge in social/interactive media sales
