**Role: Business System Analyst**

**Location: Toronto,CA**

**Type: Hybrid (2 days a week)**

**Duration: Long-term contract**
- 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst- Proven experience working with the Archer platform in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) context.- Understanding of Archer modules relevant to the specific role (e.g., risk management, access control, incident management)- Demonstrated success in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing complex business requirements- In-depth understanding of systems development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identify root cause of problems, develop solutions, address defects and enhance new features- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective collaboration skills to work with development teams- In addition, working from Toronto downtown office mínimal 2 days a week is required
