**Registration Administrator - Equivalency**

**The Role**

As a support role within the college, there is the ability to work remotely, under a hybrid model.

**What you will be doing in the role**:

- Providing administrative assistance and support to the Registration Analyst, in implementing registration regulations and policies.
- Connecting with applicants, employers, and academic institutions to gather and exchange information.
- Entering information and ensuring that electronic files are accurate and current.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A post-secondary diploma in office administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. If you hold a Social Service Worker diploma or Social Work degree that would be an asset
- A minimum two years’ experience in office administration or equivalent
- Be willing to take initiative and exercise good judgment, when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Be able to work independently and to contribute as an integral member of a team.
- Skills and talents that allow you to easily navigate multiple tasks, set priorities, and achieve deadlines, while being accurate and attentive to details.
- A positive attitude, pro-active work ethic, and demonstrated commitment to providing a helpful customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate information in a concise and objective manner.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience in effectively utilizing the Microsoft 365 suite, including MS Dynamics, to leverage its full capabilities and ensure seamless operations within our organization.

**Ideally you would be fluent in written and oral French**

**Compensation and Benefits - What we offer**:

- Target hiring salary range is between **$58,000 and 70,000** annually
- The College office is located in downtown Toronto **(close to parking and the subway)**

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
