- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new prospects and expand the client base.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
