You have the tact and diplomacy to ensure professionalism when dealing with internal customers and outside vendors, as well as a mastery of handling multiple complex issues during the same time period. Essentially, you action a continual service improvement focus to keep current with industry direction and to continuously mature the operational support of infrastructure services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will lead a team of IT professionals, including two Team Leaders, that strives for operational excellence in the management of infrastructure services. Specific responsibilities include:

- Provide sustainable support of in-scope infrastructure services using IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
- Technology scope includes public cloud, database platforms (Oracle and MS SQL), data integration platform (Oracle SOA), networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewalls), compute, storage, and data centers.
- Ensure 3rd party infrastructure MSP is providing the required support for in-scope infrastructure services.
- Participates in technology lifecycle programs and capacity management processes.
- Provide SME resources to participate in technology projects and balances it with operational responsibilities.
- Establishes operational readiness review and business as usual transition process for programs and projects.
- Ensures operational practices and tactics are delivering the required cyber risk posture (e.g. patching, configuration standards, asset management, network security).
- Ensure financial stewardship is in place to manage capital and operational budgets allocated to management of infrastructure services.

**Skills, Capabilities and Experience**:
Strong knowledge and experience in managing large enterprise infrastructure environments is critical to this role. Primarily, you will be the source of broad expertise for all infrastructure matters. You are known to be a proven self-starter and willing to accept additional responsibilities as the position expands. You must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and leading a team of professionals in their development, workload management, coaching and performance evaluation.
You have the experience needed to help drive change within a complex organization, gaining alignment with stakeholders across different functional areas, including those outside traditional IT. You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering or other related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Information Technology related field.
