**A day in the life**:

- Supports the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the overall Management System (MS) including ISO Certification and Project Delivery Initiatives (PDI)
- Ensures that control of documents and records are in accordance with the approved quality standard
- Performs editorial and document control reviews on documents ahead of publication into the MS
- Coordinate training and awareness activities related to the MS
- Coordinate and support overall implementation of the MS certification portfolio
- Gathers and coordinates quality reports and statistics, compiles, tracks, and reports on relevant information from multiple sources
- Supports tracking and analysing of objectives, associated KPIs, external audit findings and other identified issues as needed
- Provides administrative support for the Global Quality team
- Supports the administration of all quality related matters, including the maintenance of quality folders, files, trackers, and registers.
- Liaises and coordinates training, meetings, audits, and conferences, as applicable
- Supports and coordinates communications and training
- May support in the planning and execution of simple assurance activities or checks
- Input to the continual improvement of quality systems and tools

**What you'll bring to WSP...**
- 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Excellent inter-personal skills and a high level of both written and spoken communication skills (English is essential, French is desirable)
- Organized, task-driven and detail-oriented
- Analytical and a problem-solver
- Understanding of ISO 45001, 14001 and/or 9001 standards (desirable)
- Working knowledge of HSEQ integrated systems and the requirements (desirable)
