This role supports the effective and efficient adoption and use of Netsuite, Smile’s primary ERP and finance tool. The focus is to contribute to and manage the healthy performance and business optimization of NetSuite, as well as standard maintenance tasks, such as managing users, assigning roles, and building custom reports, dashboards,workflow scripts and Suitelets. This will require documenting project delivery requirements, researching and implementing utilization and reporting solutions in NetSuite, and serving as the organization’s expert on the Netsuite platform by leveraging Netsuite advanced support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer all configurations, integrations and maintenance of NetSuite as relates to critical business systems. This includes the design, documentation, building, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enhancements to NetSuite custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports.
- Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of NetSuite administration tasks. Make system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of processes.
- Develop, document, implement and manage the policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage etc. with NetSuite.
- Collaborate with the HR department and Training team to ensure there is ongoing and applicable NetSuite training for company users.
- Work with users to understand their processes and suggest process improvements. This includes working with key module owners such as Finance and Delivery Services to optimize Netsuite utilization including but not limited to:

- Capturing project and financial vitals and publish it using searches, reports, dashboards, Analytics, and/or custom pages
- Help setup custom views & pages for different roles
- Build KPI monitors
- Setup triggers & workflows
- Capture resourcing information and publish it using searches, reports, dashboards, Analytics, and/or custom pages
- Create, publish and support reports & queries
- Day to day monitoring of HR system integration
- Coordination with ACS
- Analyze reporting requirements and write and maintain custom reports, KPI dashboards and scorecards for end-users and management.
- Work directly with team members to support, drive, and coordinate larger/more complex projects that involve integration to/from NetSuite.
- Manage multiple work streams, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, and following best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation.
- Identify, Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any issues, errors or inquiries related to the integrator. They will actively engage with stakeholders and the support team to address concerns and provide necessary assistance.
- Update forms, add custom fields, create dashboards, and maintain and develop custom records.
- Manage and support data migrations and other data transformation activities between systems such as Dayforce.

**Requirements**:

- Strong functional knowledge of core business processes and NetSuite ERP workflow combined with at least 3+ years of NetSuite Administration or NetSuite consulting experience.
- Strong experience in a business analysis role with experience in designing processes and workflows within business units
- Hands on experience of working with various NS modules related to finance and project management
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with creating and presenting NetSuite training education.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite Certification requirements is preferred.
- Experience with Project management, Finance and accounting principles, including GL and financial accounting.
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite.
- Proficiency with custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, workflows, and NetSuite data model.
- Ability to think independently and present information in a conceptual, persuasive, and understandable manner.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail while working under pressure and deadlines.
