**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the fulfilment of Gabriel-Scott orders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality luxury goods
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory departments and suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources to meet production demands
- Manage and extend the existing distribution and agent network in Europe
- Develop and maintain production schedules to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with the customer service team to provide frequent updates on order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction
- Analyze data and reports to identify production bottlenecks and suggest solutions to improve operations and meet customer demand
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality and service levels
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times
- Liaise with other departments such as production, Design, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure a seamless flow of information and achieve cross-functional objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management for luxury goods
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices for luxury goods production
- Advance level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheet, and knowledge of ERP systems (knowledge of Netsuite system is an asset)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
