**The Product**

BudSense is a software solution created to manage retail cannabis product menus and merchandising. BudSense is designed to empower retail stores through better menu management. BudSense allows retail operators to manage in-store merchandising channels such as digital signage, print menus and product cards from one easy-to-use system.

BudSense improves in-store customer experience and drives profitability by giving retailers the ability to promote specific products, move dead stock, and accurately communicate real-time inventory.

Our product is currently being used by over 300 retail locations in Canada. With your help we will achieve our 2023 growth plan of 500 stores in Canada and the US.

We can’t do it alone, we need your help to make it happen. We are looking for you, a superstar Customer Success Representative who will enhance both our customers' experience and our teams. We are an industry leading team with an industry leading product that's trusted by cannabis retailers. We help retailers build better menus and sell more weed by solving their menu merchandising issues.

You are the missing piece we are looking for. Together with our team, you’ll assist in creating and maintaining a thriving customer community across North America.

**The Position - Customer Success Representative**

Our customers are the heartbeat of BudSense. Without them we don’t have anything. A BudSense customer success representative takes our values and opportunity and creates meaningful customer experiences for our current and future customers.

As BudSense’s Customer Success Representative you will require outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to technical details, rock solid writing skills, next level organization, and effective decision-making with an easy going personality.

Your role will be collaborative with the operations manager, customer support lead, and most importantly our customers.

Where you start will not be where you finish. BudSense fosters an environment of growth. Your role, objectives, expectations, and goals will be in a state of change and improvement.

**We’ll Trust you to**:

- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with our customers
- Onboard our 1 to 5 store operators
- Check in with customers to ensure ongoing success
- Lead our bi-weekly webinar
- Assist in maintaining our industry leading product database

**Required Skills**:

- Technically savvy, comfortable with a variety of business SaaS tools with a strong appetite for continuous learning.
- Ability to facilitate a sales cycle with multiple stakeholders including technical execution level stakeholders and executive leaders.
