- Steam Cleaner**
- Responsible for the steam cleaning, carpet cleaning duties
- Inspect and identify areas that needs to be cleaned
- Inspect the condition of carpets, floors and notify management of any visible repairs needed
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of power tools, such as a steam cleaning equipment
- Cleaning carpets and floors using machine and hand-washing techniques
- Use spray and steam machine to remove dirt, grease and grime
- Determine the right chemical solution for cleaning
- Safely moving furniture as necessary to access all areas that need to be cleaned
- Appropriately use soap, water, and chemicals for cleaning
- Drying carpets using drying machines
- Responsible to attend after hour calls for floods or back ups
- Keep stock of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Other relevant duties as assigned by Regional Manager/ Supervisor/ Facility Coordinator
