This is a Part Time opportunity to start with possibility of Full Time employment based on performance.

To be successful in this role you must have previous retail experience with a passion for
engaging with customers and creating an open and friendly environment.
Our vision is to educate and guide customers on recreational cannabis with the ultimate
goal of providing an exceptional experience to anyone that walks through the door.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and providing insight into products to ensure customer
satisfaction
- Maintain a welcoming and warm environment for customers and staff
- Complete customer purchase transactions with accuracy
- Restock products when necessary
- Store housekeeping as required
- Continual development of product and industry knowledge

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment, with exceptional customer service
- Previous cashier experience
- Related product knowledge considered an asset
- Prior knowledge of trends within the cannabis industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for our product and changing the way the world sees cannabis
- You must be at least the minimum required legal age in your province, and be
able to provide a clean, and recent, police criminal background check
- You must be a Qualified Cannabis Worker in addition to completing your
provincial or territory training course (example Cannsell Certificate) and be able to provide a copy of the certificate
- First Aid/CPR training an asset (must be able to provide current copy of
certificate)
- Must possess a G-Class Driver's License (G2 or Higher) to assist with local deliveries.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (required)
- Cannabis Sales Associates: 1 year (required)

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cannsell (required)
- Full G Class Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-10-07
