Budtender - Keyholder

Heavenly Hemp is looking for a keyholder to help assist budtenders as well as serve and educate our customers.

**The ideal keyholder should have**:

- Retail cannabis experience
- Supervisor experience
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Patience with all customers
- Experience with a POS system
- Passion about cannabis and be up to date with the industry
- High levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- Strong customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
- Supervising and ensuring the store is running properly and budtenders are getting the support they need in order for the customers to get the highest possible level of customer service
- ID any customers who appear to be under 25 years old
- Work well in both a team setting and alone
- Complete all tasks and duties, as assigned
- Be open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Valid Cannsell certification
- Supervisor experience
- Cannabis knowledge
- A clean criminal background check
- Availability for shift work alone or as part of a team any time between 8:30 am to 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be at least 19 years of age

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
