**SUMMARY**:
The sales service coordinator ensures excellence in customer care through collaboration with the sales, planning, procurement, production, and shipping teams by providing comprehensive sales support and professional and prompt customer service for a defined account base.
This position entails support to the account managers and the R&D team. Facilitates timely coordination of samples, pricing and costing, documentation and populating the pipeline. Working with the sales team and R&D team to facilitate projects. This person will possess leadership and coordination skills in order to contribute professional and prompt service to customers and to assigned projects for the Canadian team.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Attend sales and product training sessions to fully understand the business and product line.
- Serve as a liaison between Canadian Sales Account Executives and Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and R&D personnel.
- Populated the project pipeline and work with the sales and R&D teams to facilitate.
- Pay attention to customers’ needs and cultivate a relationship.
- Track R&D projects to ensure that are performed on a timely basis.
- Prepare sample letters and documentation to accompany samples.
- Once or twice a week, coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Customer Service to identify delays in production and/or orders and convey to customers.
- Learn to input orders and follow them through the system in order.
- Enter and maintain customer information and price lists into a sales database.
- Keep customers abreast of progress of orders and sample requests.
- Take initiative to trouble shoot and offer suggestions to present to the customer.
- Call customers to receive feedback as to how Robertet Canada’s performance levels are.
- Process sample requests thru Oracle SR
- Act as Customer Service Representative

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Required**:
- High School Diploma or GD
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
- 2 years of prior working experience in a customer service role
**Preferred**:
- College degree in related field
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle/Excel/Office 365/Word
- Ability to speak in French would be an asset
- 2 plus years of prior work experience in the customer service department.
**WORK **ENVIRONMENT**:
- General office environment with adequate lighting, temperature and mínimal noise level
- Minimal time required in warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust and odors
