**Digital Marketing Specialist**
Position Overview | Digital Surround through Integrated Marketing
Integrated Marketing & Brand is a division of the Marketing & Sales team. Many projects or activities may require independent work, but we are collaborative at our core. The DMS will need to be able to work in both environments effectively. This job operates in a hybrid environment, 75% virtual, and 25% in-office, to be adjusted as needed.
Responsibilities
- Review campaigns to align with existing journeys, messaging or brand
- Manage HubSpot portal for accuracy and efficiency
- Create processes and best practices for Hubspot campaigns
- Curate, schedule, and manage Social Media calendar and content
- Manage targeted & paid social advertising with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager as it aligns with current campaigns
- Collaborate with the team on re-targeting efforts, tracking pixels, web +SEO optimization and workflow creation
- Work collaboratively with the Integrated Marketing team on website management
- Understand and continue to learn HubSpot Hubs, and best practices, and be eager to take additional training, conduct research, and find answers to solve problems that the platform can help mitigate
- Be a resource for sales on social media, building effective profiles, social media algorithm updates to ensure content success and content curation
- Work within the Asana project management system to document and track activities, milestones, and project tactics
- Ability to grasp new tools, learn quickly, and research/educate solutions to solve problems and bring recommendations to the team
- Continued education on all things digital, social media and marketing automation, lead generation trends, content trends, new tools etc.
Job Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field and/or minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment, agency, or with marketing administration tasks
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS Marketing + Sales Hubs
- HubSpot Inbound Certification required
- Proficient knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Management, previous experience managing and executing within these tools would be an asset
- Experience running B2B social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
- Previous work experience in the IT/MPS/SaaS fields a plus
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Experience with website/webpage design
- Exceptional skills within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
- Strong project management, communication, and organization skills, Asana experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and with teams, must be able to prioritize projects and needs to meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with the ability to troubleshoot challenges and bring new ideas and efficiencies to the table
- Ability to speak French a plus
