**What to Expect**:
You will be responsible for providing accurate customer insights and creating a strong alignment with the customer replenishment team while enhancing the use of digitalization and automation. In addition to that you will play an important role through support on reporting and driving actions to address root causes of supply flow variability with the customer.
**A day in the life of a Customer Supply Chain Analyst**:
- Collaborate with sales team and supply chain functions to ensure mínimal shortages, service level impacts and maximize customer satisfaction
- Management of casefill claims with key objectives to identify ways to mitigatable unproductive fines
- Support team with new listings, delisting and out of stock SKU
- Optimize the shared value chain through customer-specific projects, enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Reduce operational costs and drive Nestlé volume through strategic initiatives.
- Maintain customer inventory to drive discussions of sales team and key customers
**Role requirements**
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and results-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Ability to gain insights, develop recommendations, and manage multiple complex priorities effectively.
**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of Excel, Powerquery in Excel & SAP
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning & procurement
