**General Purpose**

The purpose of this job description is to define the role, responsibilities, education, experience, and competencies of the person fulfilling the role of Project Manager within the Gray Crown Development Services Inc. organization. This document will also describe the organization and the reporting structures.

**_Gray Crown Development Services Inc._**

We leverage our expertise in property development to manage a project on behalf of a third party who wants to invest in real estate development. As an owner’s representative, Gray Crown guides a development project through all stages, from conception, due diligence, and the regulatory phase through to marketing, sales and close out.

**Position Purpose**

The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction of selected key projects on behalf of Gray Crown Developments Services Inc.

**Position Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develops a detailed project plan using appropriate spreadsheets, diagrams, and other available resources.
- Identifies additional resources required to produce a project plan.
- Tracks and monitors progress and reports status of construction to Director of Projects.
- Is prepared to provide weekly updates to Director of Projects.
- Ensures on time delivery of projects, within scope and budget.
- Coordinates internal and external resources and vendors for execution of projects.
- Ensures resource availability and allocation.
- Manages client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manages risk.
- Maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Travel to site as required.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- Project Management Professional Designation.
- Post secondary degree considered a strong asset.
- Proven work experience in construction project management.
- Multi family, vertical construction is considered an asset.
- Experience working within a team in an office environment.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- MS Projects.
- Other project management software an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proven management experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
