**About the role**
**Hourly Pay**:$23.00-$27.00/hr.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Preparing and maintaining daily reports on operational activities.
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the operations team.
- Accurately inputting and maintaining data in relevant systems and databases.
- Assisting in processing payroll submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Driving monthly billing tasks, including generating invoices and following up on payment inquiries.
- Providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Communicating daily with site teams, supporting as needed.
- Supporting operations in collaborating with site teams to understand their operational needs and provide necessary administrative support.
- Managing incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with vendors to facilitate procurement and resolve any issues.
- Supporting the operations team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth functioning of operations and contribute to overall organizational goals.
**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in operations or a similar environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related field is an asset.
- Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with billing procedures is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with data entry.
