**Position Summary**:
In a nutshell, you will lead, motivate, and support a team of 11 sales representatives across the country, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Your team is responsible for identifying and promoting De’Longhi, Braun & Nutribullet products in select stores across Canada by providing merchandising, demoing & training activities. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our team, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and market growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 11 Market Development Representatives across Canada, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Ensure objectives & KPI’s are met and maximized
- Review performance reports to ensure that objectives are being met and put plans in place if they are not
- Provide initial and ongoing training, which will involve traveling across the province and spending time in the field alongside your team. Complete work with reports and communicate to reps and Client Manager
- Maintain a partnership and regular communication with client manager & client contacts
- Lead the informal and formal performance development process of your team members
- Plan and oversee events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and market share
- Provide reporting weekly outlining the key priorities for the coming week and any pertinent field information
- Payroll approvals every 2 weeks
- Traveling to all markets on a regular basis

**What Success Looks Like in The First 90 Days**:

- Working in field with your awesome team
- Getting to know De’Longhi people, brands and strategies
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, and team achievements
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Set clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Travel to all territories
