**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:

- Responsible for selling the Mahindra & Cub Cadet line of products, as well as other complimentary lines of equipment
- Provides value added products to our changing demographic of customer.
- Able to quickly learn about the different products and services Richards Equipment Inc provides
- Works with other departments to ensure accuracy and delivery of products

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Strong knowledge of lawn and garden as well as compact tractors, recommended
- Strong sales skills (or sales potential)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Computer skills, required
- A positive attitude with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Adaptable to a changing work environment
- Self motivation
- Professional appearance and selling style and demeanor.
- College diploma, preferred
- Valid G driver’s license

**WHAT WE OFFER**:
