What the Abatement Sales Representative role encompasses:

- Driving business growth through proactively identifying new opportunities and successfully closing business development opportunities
- Fostering long-term relationships with key client management
- Determining and implementing innovative business development strategies that will contribute to company growth
- Preparing and executing business development action plans for market specific sales and related business strategies for the assigned territory
- Creating, building and implementing a CRM System
- Utilizing the CRM system to follow up with high priority clientele and low-end clientele
- Directing clients to Estimators and setting up business meetings to discuss future growth.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge
- 3+ years of Sales / Business Development experience OR Technical (Project Manager, Estimator) experience in the Abatement industry
- Experience in Commercial / Industrial, Abatement Construction is preferred
- Natural skills in networking, relationship development and building business profile
- Skilled in conflict resolution with the ability to develop strong relationships with Clients to ensure continual business growth
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Superior communication skills and the strong personal motivation including the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Highly organized, energetic and personable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related technical field preferred
- Requires a valid Driver’s License
- Must be bondable
- Working knowledge of hazardous materials abatement is an strongly preferred Asset
