Quality Assurance Lead

**What does a successful Quality Assurance Lead do at Fiserv?**

As a leader of our POSH system and integration testing, your role will entail interacting with other analysts, project leaders, managers, and programmers to fully define and document testing requirements and meeting corporate policy requirements with respect to testing efforts and efficient execution of test plans to meet demanding schedule requirements.

**What you will do**:

- Be a technical leader; mentor and train team members as needed
- Develop test strategies and plans, execute and monitor results, and report on progress
- Interact with multiple teams across different locations (India, USA) and time zones
- Report and track defects in a timely manner during test execution
- Collaborate with development, QA, and BA teams and partner in their progress

**What you will need to have**:

- 7+ years of experience with manual and automated POS testing
- 5+ years of experience with Protractor or Selenium and WebdriverIO
- 5+ years of experience in API Testing with Postman or Rest Assured
- Experience with Java and JavaScript
- Experience with TestNG and Cucumber
- Experience with source control and Git/GitHub
- Current experience with Fiserv platforms and systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and/or work experience

**What would be great to have**:

- Experience in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments
- Experience in SQL
- Experience with version control systems, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with merchant onboarding
- Experience in the cards and payments domain
