**What you will be doing**:
Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing and Front Office Manager, your essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Promote Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program to potential visitors and tourists
- Market the various activations and offerings of Fairmont Empress
- Serve as a Brand steward to inquiries from guest and potential visitors
- Provide feedback on overall effectiveness of hotel marketing campaigns and contribute to hotel debriefs for future learning and improvement
- Support social media strategy of hotel and restaurant channels by sharing engaging content to increase community engagement online
- Work in collaboration with marketing team and provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Ability to proactively engage with guests and visitors
- Service orientated - able to act in a warm, friendly, respectful and positive manner
- A positive attitude and can express self confidently
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Likes working a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
