- Job SummaryThe International Recruitment Assistant (Assistant) provides administrative support and coordination for the international recruitment unit within the Division of Continuing Studies. Responsibilities include agent management, tracking and shipping recruitment materials, general office duties and administration.

This position reports to the Lead Coordinator, International Recruitment, but works closely with and receives guidance from other recruitment coordinator(s) on the team.. This position is a key resource for the recruitment unit and must have a solid understanding of the Division and the program areas they are recruiting for.

This position is fast-paced, challenging and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Job Requirements**Experience**:

- 3 years practical experience working in a professional office environment, preferable in a post-secondary or institutional environment

Preference will be given to applicants with:

- Knowledge of UVic policies, procedures and regulations regarding students.
- Knowledge of UVic systems such as Brightspace, FAST and Banner.
- Working in an international educational environment, providing international student support.
