- Job SummaryReporting to the Assistant Director, Undergraduate Programs, the Programs Marketing and Recruitment Manager (PMRM) works with the Gustavson programs Marketing and Recruitment Committee (MRC) to develop strategic marketing, student recruitment, market research and marketing campaign plans to support our goals.

The Programs Marketing and Recruitment Manager collaborates with the Undergraduate (BCom/Minor) and Graduate (MBA, MGB, MM) program areas, Gustavson External Relations and external vendors to plan, design and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The position is responsible for coordinating student recruitment, and managing resources, workflow and delivery for program marketing projects. The PMRM leads a team of two student recruiters to execute recruitment related activities including external school visits, information sessions (in-person and online), prospect communications and fair/event attendance.
- Job RequirementsThis position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree plus minimum 5 years of experience in post-secondary marketing and student recruitment.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge requirements include:

- Communications best-practices
- Knowledge of Gustavson School of Business Programs
- Social media and digital marketing platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Vine, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and how each platform can be optimally deployed in different scenarios
- Knowledge and awareness of the post-secondary education market conditions and trends

Competency requirements include:

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create and execute marketing plans
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders
