**MSM Reporter**:

- Responsible for MSM Reporter planning and execution throughout its lifecycle, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with the CEO/leadership, sales and marketing, and operations to ensure the strategy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- As product owner of MSM Reporter, be responsible for outputs and deliverables that include but are not limited to the following:
A) White papers

B) Market surveys and research

C) Market insights

D) Industry news

E) B2B outreach and thought leadership support the CEO in high-level corporate strategy and communications, as well as help shape the direction of marketing communications across various member-brands or segments of the MSM Group; and perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

**Sponsorship Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management.

**Sponsor Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand sponsor objectives and expectations.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement among sponsors.

**Proposal Development**:

- Lead the creation of compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Customize proposals to align with the unique needs and goals of each sponsor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are achievable.

**Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring terms meet both parties' expectations.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Lead negotiations for complex sales and sponsorship agreements.

**Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling sponsorships.
- Analyze and report on sponsorship revenue performance and sales data and market trends to identify new revenue streams.
- Drive revenue generation through direct sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets in alignment with organizational goals.

**Event Integration**:

- Collaborate with events and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate sponsors into events.
- Ensure sponsors receive optimal visibility and exposure before, during, and after events.
- Oversee the execution of sponsorship activation plans.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive sponsorship offerings.
- Stay informed about sponsor needs and expectations in the current market landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

**Global Sponsorship Management**:

- Lead the development and execution of a global sponsorship strategy.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key sponsors and partners.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize revenue and mutual benefits.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales and sponsorship team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, events, and product development.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on sales and sponsorship performance.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

**Performance Analytics**:

- Utilize data analytics to measure and analyze sales and sponsorship performance.
- Implement strategies based on performance insights to optimize results.
- Prepare regular reports for executive review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within global sales and sponsorships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
