- Demonstrable expertise in change architecture developing and implementing a robust change management framework, ensuring that change initiatives are strategically planned, effectively communicated, and seamlessly executed;
- Mitigating risks associated with change, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively addressed to minimize disruption and maintain continuity;
