**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine transaction monitoring for cryptocurrency and fiat currency transactions
- Investigate alleged non-compliance with the company’s controls
- Review new client onboarding documents
- Follow-up on and investigate red flags as they are discovered
- Conduct regular negative media screening
- Review potential matches against various regulatory control lists
- Help to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Law, or a related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient with standard productivity software
- Strong writing, grammar, and proof-reading skills
- Passion for technology and ability to work with new technologies
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry best practices preferred

**Additional Information**:

- Work model will be hybrid.
- This will be a 10-week internship starting from June.12th, 2023.
