About the job
Reporting to the HR Director, Business Partnering, Talent & OD. we’re looking for a human resources advisor to continue to co-create the optimal context for individual & business growth. You will have the opportunity to execute the HR strategy and fundamentals across Sales & Marketing and learn best HR practices within a high performing organization.

**More specifically**:

- **HR Delivery Excellence** - ensure HR services are provided as appropriate to meet internal respective client needs & HR fundamentals processes are delivered amd respected
- **Culture driver** - Support implementation of actions that will contribute to Danone’s purposeful, inclusive and empowered culture.
- **Talent Cycle -** Support the HR Director, Business Partnering, Talent & OD in the talent cycle exécution (Objectives setting, talent review, development plan & performance management.
- **Transversal HR activities** - Lead and animate transversal HR topic for Danone Canada
- **Engage with the business** - develop an understanding of the marketing and sales to ensure **HR strategy connected to business needs.**

About you
You are:

- Education in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, or equivalent;
- Demonstrated learning agility
- Demonstrated influencing skills and building positive relationships with key stakeholders.

About us
**Are you eligible for a V.I.E?**

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
- You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
- You have never done a V.I.E before.

**What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?**
- There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
- You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
- Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
- The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
