**About You**

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance managing client relationships. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our growing Account Management team, where you'll bring prior experience working with clients on matters concerning insurance coverage, consulting with them on insurance needs, and other day-to-day client management expertise.

**About the Role**

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our existing commercial clients alongside our team of Insurance Specialists. You will be an integral part of building a company that’s making a huge difference in changing the insurance industry by offering fresh ideas, and strategic insight into our growth.

**Location**:Toronto-based (hybrid work environment, 1-2 days in-office, 3-4 days remote)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Client relationship management alongside Account Executive
- Manage renewal process from information gathering, cross-selling and account rounding, negotiating terms and presenting renewal terms
- Client document management; preparation of client-facing documentation
- Preparation of account submissions, proposals, renewal review documents, rate comparison and coverage comparison documents utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Consult on coverage, handle mid-term changes and other day-to-day needs of clients
- Annual/Quarterly reviews with clients to uncover new exposures and offer recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insuring partners
- Claims management and advocacy for our clients
- Contract reviews to assist in risk mitigation for clients
- New business sales opportunities including the ability to earn a commission
- Other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Insurance managing client relationships
- RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is required
- Insurance Diploma/Post-Secondary education in personal or commercial lines insurance or equivalent experience
- Personal Lines insurance background beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills and the know-how to organize your time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, EPIC and Google Suite of Apps
- Experience with Epic broker management system and HubSpot an asset

- You proactively set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate work

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
