The RBC Dominion Securities Management team located in Oakville is looking for a Branch Operations Assistant to join their team You will provide superior service along with administrative and operational support to clients and employees.

**What will you do?**
- Responsible for processing all branch cash transactions, including cheques, EFTs, Bankwires and for processing physical securities
- Ensure Branch and Cage reports are prepared, printed, reviewed (where assigned), distributed and/or presented to Branch Management for review.
- Manage the filing for all branch operations related reports and documents, oversee branch retention of documents in accordance with internal controls
- Account opening approvals, this includes reviewing documentation and scanning forms into the documentation workflow system, pulling documentation for branch staff as needed
- Reception - answering phones and greeting clients
- Assist with opening mail from Canada Post, external couriers, internal courier bag and incoming faxes for distribution as per Internal Controls
- Support branch management team with administrative functions: order management of the office supplies; boardroom scheduling, providing support to Branch Operations Manager when needed, assisting in ordering lunch for branch presentations, support with premises management

**Must Have**
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment
- Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures, an asset
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset
