**Your Role**: Client Satisfaction Specialist
**Overview**: The Client Satisfaction Specialist at BOSS Promotions plays a fundamental role in enhancing the client experience by providing paramount support to our account management team and clients directly. Serving as a bridge between our clients and the internal team, this role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous product research, insightful brand understanding, and the creation of compelling client proposals.
We view this position as a key strategic partnership between our clients and our full suite of branding solutions. You will play an integral role in understanding our clients’ needs, aligning our offerings with their strategic objectives, and ensuring their ultimate success and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Research & Sourcing**:
- Proactively research and identify products that align with client needs and brand ethos.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality and timely availability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to ensure BOSS’s offerings are innovative and competitive.
**2. Client Brand Understanding**:
- Dive deep into the DNA of client brands to fully grasp their vision, mission, and values.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all proposals and products align seamlessly with the client's brand guidelines and aspirations.
**3. Proposal Development**:
- Assist the account management team in crafting tailored proposals that resonate with client objectives.
- Utilize a mix of creative flair and strategic thinking to present options that stand out and offer value.
**4. Client Touchpoint Support**:
- Serve as an additional touchpoint for clients, ensuring their journey with BOSS Promotions is smooth and satisfying.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, liaising with relevant departments to provide solutions and maintain BOSS's reputation for top-tier client satisfaction.
**5. Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with account managers to understand client needs, offering suggestions and insights based on product research.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other departments to ensure client requirements are met timely and efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the promotional product, custom merchandise, or branding industry will be considered a strong asset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Office 365 including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- A passion for branding and a deep understanding of its power to connect companies with their audiences.
- Familiarity with the promotional products industry is a plus but not mandatory.
