The three-story rooftop concept features 360-degree views of the city, an outdoor all-season pool and a rooftop skybar. Each floor offers a different experience including a sophisticated cocktail bar and attractive live music but will stream together under one cohesive Japanese influenced concept.

As the Manager of Nightlife, you will play a pivotal role in curating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring seamless operations, and driving reservations and sales. You will be responsible for managing VIP reservations, greeting guests, coordinating with the service team, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to the refinement of our nightlife operations and the cultivation of a loyal client base.

**What You'll Do**:
**VIP Reservation Management**:
Oversee VIP reservations for four shifts per week, ensuring personalized attention and excellent service for high-profile guests.
Maintain an organized system for tracking VIP preferences, special requests, and guest feedback to enhance their experience.

**Guest Relations and Service**:
Personally greet all guests upon arrival and ensure their needs are met throughout the evening.
Communicate effectively with the service team to relay guest preferences, special instructions, and any notable feedback.
Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere.

**Floor Operations**:
Assist in ensuring smooth operations during evening services, coordinating with the host team to optimize table layouts and accommodate guest flow.
Work closely with the service team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the venue.

**Sales and Marketing**:
Utilize your network and experience to drive reservations and sales, leveraging relationships with influencers, local businesses, and industry contacts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and special events to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.

**Guest Experience Enhancement**:
Continuously strive to create best-in-class guest experiences, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.
Proactively seek feedback from guests and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and foster repeat business.

**Operational Improvement**:
Draw upon your experience and insights to offer innovative strategies and solutions for improving nightlife operations, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives, training programs, and standard operating procedures as needed.

**Availability and Flexibility**:
Be readily available to guests for last-minute reservations and changes, accommodating their needs and preferences whenever possible.Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate evening shifts, weekends, and special events as required.

**What You'll Need**:
Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a nightlife or upscale restaurant environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving sales.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer proficiency.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
