**Your Opportunity**:
As part of the Strategic Sourcing & Supply Management area of the Contracting, Procurement, & Supply Management (“CPSM”) department, the Supply Chain Coordinator will provide analytical support primarily relating to product implementation & conversion processes within AHS’s clinical supply chain. POSITION ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Providing overall analytical support for supply chain implementation & conversion activities, in co-operation with stakeholders internal to the CPSM department, clinical end-users within AHS, & external vendors, as required. Participating in planning activities for supply chain implementation & conversions, including activities such as recommending initial opening order sizes, appropriate min/max inventory levels, or decisions related to the management of outgoing items, among others. Tracking the status of supply chain product implementations & conversions, including activities such as tracking the depletion or disposal of outgoing stock/items, monitoring of inventory minimum/maximum levels of new products, & providing reports related to the progress of conversions, among others. Generating, combining/collating, & interpreting inventory reports from 3 separate inventory management systems into a single holistic view of inventory throughout AHS. Reviewing all requests to add products to inventory, & recommend appropriate min/max stock-on-hand levels to satisfy expected demand. Monitoring item pricing, contracts, & purchase practices/patterns. Following-up on vendor issues related to the quality & quantity of on-hand inventoried items. Conducting quarterly inventoried item reviews, & in turn, developing recommendations to optimally manage slow-moving inventory items. Developing recommendations regarding inventory management practices for items requiring regular stock rotation, to minimize product spoilage & waste.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in supply chain management or a business related discipline. Advanced to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Intermediate level of experience with Oracle and MediTech procurement and inventory modules.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a logistics/material management context utilizing a computerized inventory control system. Strong customer service, analytical, and interpretive skills. The ability to communicate in a professional manner with a wide array of audiences within either the CPSM department, the broader AHS context including clinical end-users, or outside of AHS, primarily with suppliers and end users. Strong time management and organizational skills.
