Pool openings (run crew/train new staff)
- Pool closings (lead a crew)
- Pool maintenance
- Liner installation
- Safety cover installation
- Equipment installation and repair
- Troubleshooting

**Responsibilities**:

- Train junior staff on pool opening protocols, assist when required
- Train junior staff on weekly maintenance protocols, assist when required
- Lead a pool closing crew
- Determine parts and labour requirements for service calls
- Communicate customer service requests/complaints to management
- Follow company protocol to complete scheduled tasks and manage inventory
- Maintain assigned service vehicle/tools/supplies
- Provide orientations for clients on any aspect of their pool and mechanical system, as needed
- Complete written service reports and progress reports
- Handle plumbing and pool chemicals (WHMIS training provided)
- Contribute ideas for improvement, productivity, and workplace issues
- Attend required training

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work both individually and lead a team of 1-3 junior staff
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff
- Willingness to learn and follow protocols
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work outdoors in most weather conditions
- Steel-toed safety footwear
- Must have a G2 or G driver’s license and clean driving record

**Terms of Employment**:

- March - November
- Full Time + Select Saturdays
