Csr - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
**Duties**:

- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal team to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process rental agreements, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures
- Helping in the shop/field & where needed
- Cleaning/Maintaining Office, supplies, washrooms, ect.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within company guidelines
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain strong customer relationships

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and transactions
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
