**Supportive Housing Worker (SHW)** -** **Lurie Housing Program (Full Time - 12 Months Contract)**:
**The Role and Opportunity**:
The Canadian Mental Health Association is looking for a Supportive Housing Worker (SHW) for the Lurie Housing Program. The **Lurie Housing Program** provides 24/7 drop-in support, housing support and case management services to individuals who are living with mental illness and/or addictions and have experienced chronic homelessness.

**Salary: $43,673 - $54,169 + 4% Lieu in vacation**

**Work Location: 50 Danforth Road, Scarborough, ON**

**Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Program Manager, the SHW will work closely with the team in supporting clients and provide crisis intervention. The SHW will work out of our Steve Lurie Housing site, location on Danforth Road.

The SHW will be required to provide on-site direct service provision and support clients based on their goals. They will conduct assessments to assist the clients with activities of daily living. The purpose of the SHW will be to perform housing support duties and maintain a safe, clean and secure environment.

The SHW will also be required to maintain trusting, respectful and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues; service providers and other community supports.
