**About the position**

As the Human Resources Manager (HRM), you are the go-to for all things people. You are responsible for the overall employee lifecycle. In this role, you perform a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment and selection, interview, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and offboarding of employees. This role serves as a point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters. You are also responsible for communicating with clients when issues arise.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Professionalism: ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- General understanding of federal and provincial employment standards
- Resourceful problem-solver with a thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Strong understanding of computers, including proficiency in MS Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy with good analytical skills
- Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a supportive team player.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively and see them through to timely completion

**Salary**: 37k to 42k per year, based on experience

Pay: $37,500.00-$42,500.00 per year
