**Support applicatif**

Afin de soutenir la croissance continue de l'un de nos principaux clients dans le secteur bancaire, Alten recrute plusieurs **support applicatif **pour différents projets et équipes passionnants.

**Quelles seront mes tâches et responsabilités ?**
- Soutenir les logiciels de contribution, de négociation et de suivi des positions pour les marchés des changes, des taux d'intérêt et du crédit, et des actions.
- Résoudre rapidement les problèmes fonctionnels et techniques et signaler les incidents à la chaîne de commandement appropriée. Les utilisateurs finaux comprenaient : Traders, vendeurs, auditeurs, middle office.
- Établir, documenter et partager les procédures et les pratiques pour notre équipe.
- Automatiser les contrôles et les indicateurs pour suivre le bon fonctionnement des outils de contribution, de négociation et des référentiels associés.
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes de New York, Paris, Hong Kong
- Comprendre l'environnement réglementé et les contraintes de l'activité des clients
- Effectuer des tests post-déploiement des nouvelles versions (assurance qualité)
- Traiter les requêtes et les demandes ad hoc de données de recherche des utilisateurs
- Répondre à l'utilisateur dans un délai déterminé en fonction de la gravité du problème, documenter et suivre (étude de cas, problèmes, études d'impact, plan d'action).
- Recherche technique des processus en utilisant des sources telles que les journaux d'erreurs et la documentation technique des produits et en identifiant des solutions pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer l'efficacité.
- Respecter les normes internes, les normes et les processus informatiques (ITIL).
- Communiquer en temps utile la production et l'état d'avancement du projet au client et à la direction informatique.
- Communication orale et écrite efficace avec les différents publics et aux niveaux appropriés.
- Collaboration avec les équipes de développement (NY / Paris) pour la gestion des nouvelles versions.
- Collaboration avec l'équipe de support global (Paris / Asie) pour assurer un support de qualité aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Gérer efficacement la relation client avec la communauté des utilisateurs finaux.

**Technologies**:

- SQL - SQL Server, Oracle
- Linux, UNIX, Windows, Azure
- Outil de support / ticketing
- Langages de script (Bash, Python, Powershell, etc.)
- Autosys ou autres outils de planification des tâches
- Divers langages de programmation
