**Brief Department Description**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Utilize ADP payroll software and Workday HCM reporting tools to generate and analyze payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract and reconcile payroll data from various sources into ADP and Workday, ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards within ADP and Workday for regular payroll reporting needs.
- Identify trends, variances, and discrepancies in ADP and Workday payroll data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support ADP and Workday audits by providing documentation and analysis as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of ADP and Workday system upgrades or enhancements, including testing and validation of new features.
- Stay informed about changes in ADP and Workday regulations, updates, and best practices, ensuring payroll reporting processes remain compliant.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis within ADP and Workday to support decision-making by senior management and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding ADP and Workday payroll data and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve ADP and Workday payroll reporting system issues.

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong experience in payroll reporting or related roles with a strong emphasis on ADP payroll systems and Workday HCM reporting.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll software, including ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage, and Workday HCM reporting tools, with a deep understanding of their reporting capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex ADP and Workday data sets and identify trends and patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
- Advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ADP and Workday regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Professional certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is preferred.
- Experience with ADP and Workday system implementations and process improvements is a plus.

**Experience and Education**
- This role typically requires a bachelors degree in Finance, Business Accounting or related field and 8 years to relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience. **Onsite**: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
