**Why work with Thrive?**
We're growing revenue through direct sales and need an additional team member to achieve our goals. This is a new role that will contribute significantly to our expansion efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect using multi-touch approaches to secure 2 new net discovery meetings weekly (60%)
- Manage and mature pipeline, create and manage drip campaigns, ensure clean CRM data (30%)
- Develop territory and account plans, become an SME by researching industries and accounts (10%)
**Experience Required**:
- 2-3 years of SMB/Mid-Market SaaS selling experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools, cold calling, objection handling, negotiations
- HCM Experience
**Compensation**:
- Base salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Commission
- Hybrid working environment, with downtown Toronto office space

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:
- High-touch prospecting, pipeline management, cold calling, negotiations
- 2-3 years of mid-market AE experience or 3-5 years of BDR/BDM experience
- End-to-end selling experience, including prospecting to close
- Closer - Presidents Club winner or equivalent considered to be an asset
