We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst (on-site) to navigate our marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. **What you will do**:
As the Senior Marketing Analyst, your core responsibility is to define marketing strategies for Envo's brand identity and marketing activities. This includes gathering, and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering executives at Envo to deliver winning customer experience.

This role requires you to wear multiple hats, with both a sharp eye for analytics and a passion for brand, creativity, and storytelling. In addition, you are responsible for designing digital marketing campaigns, and should be experienced in 7Ps marketing mix strategy model to define market strategic planning and products' launch plan for micro-mobility products, especially Ebikes, E-motorcycles, Escooters or related products.

**Responsibilities**:
Set specific marketing initiatives Objectives Key Results and goals

Design and implement marketing strategies and develop policies aligned with business targets

Prepare and execute matrices and ad-hoc analyses as needed to support marketing campaign executions

Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic and social media footprint

Analyze and monitor marketing metrics and promotional campaigns KPI.

Conduct surveys and analyse data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale or retail consumers

Evaluate customer service and POS standards to improve customer satisfaction.

Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products

Conduct research on consumers, competitors and the marketplace to identify trends to optimize marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products

Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels

Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction

Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency

**Requirements and skills**:
Minimum 7 years of proven work experience as a Marketing analyst, Marketing Strategist or Marketing manager

Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)

In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems

Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

Understanding of web design

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong analytical skills

Team management skills

MSc degree in Marketing, Economics or relevant fields

**Qualifications**:
Work experience conducting detailed statistical or data analysis is required

Excellent computer skills

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and BI Tools such Tableau

General understanding of lifecycle marketing and retail customer journey

Strong presentation skills

Availability to work on-site, no remote access available

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work experience in the e-mobility industry is a plus
