The primary responsibility of an Inspector is to conduct a comprehensive inspection of assigned vehicles and generate a Condition Report (CR) that accurately reflects the vehicle’s condition. Assigned vehicles are typically located at dealerships but may occasionally be done at one of our facilities. This position requires a willingness to travel to perform responsibilities, a keen attention to detail as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers. May perform other, job-related activities as needed to support the business.***

- Travailler en collaboration avec tous les gestionnaires du territoire régional et remplir votre horaire hebdomadaire avec le volume d'inspection des véhicules.
- Visiter les concessionnaires pour capturer des informations sur les véhicules et des photos pour les prochaines ventes aux enchères EBlock.
- Établir, améliorer et entretenir les relations avec la clientèle pour fidéliser la clientèle et augmenter le volume d'inspections de véhicules
- Assumer la responsabilité directe des inspections des concessionnaires en répondant aux objectifs spécifiés.
- Effectuer toutes les inspections de véhicules dans votre région géographique avec une attention particulière aux détails afin de fournir une information de haute qualité à aux des clients et minimiser les erreurs.
- Fournir une formation à la clientèle au besoin pour les inspections et pour les acheteurs
- Demeurer au courant des informations sur les innovations en matière de produits et de services, des besoins changeants des clients, des conditions du marché et des concurrents et adapter votre stratégie commerciale en conséquence.

What You Will Do:

- Conduct vehicle inspections at a variety of locations including dealerships, physical auctions, and off-site locations.
- Identify, assess, and document structural damage, frame condition, previous and substandard paintwork, alignment of vehicle body panels, detect missing parts and mechanical problems, etc.
- Utilize training and industry best practices while also adhering to management-provided work instructions and/or procedures regarding inspections and associated documentation.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through regular interaction to ensure we meet/exceed their expectations.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy to minimize arbitrations.
- Follow all applicable safety and health related procedures.
- May be required to locate, start, and move vehicles, if directed.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

La fourchette de rémunération de base pour ce poste à temps plein est de 36,000$ à 40,000 $, et ce rôle peut avoir droit à des primes discrétionnaires ou à des commissions. Votre rémunération de base dépendra de vos compétences, de vos qualifications, de votre expérience et de votre emplacement. De plus, nos salaires sont déterminés par rôle, niveau et emplacement.
