Responsibilities of an Infinity Social Media Specialist will include but are not limited to:

- management of current 4 social media accounts (with additional to be added) on multiple platforms
- creation of division specific content for each platform
- plan, execute and maintain social media marketing strategies
- monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- collaborate with the marketing teams of other divisions to develop social media campaigns
- analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
- plan and shoot video content on-site, in showroom, in clients' homes, community events and travel with the team to capture events
- edit and package and prep all content in formats to be shared across various social and digital platforms
- work closely with the CEO to develop industry-leading content strategies across multiple social platforms
- must be willing to understand business models and objectives of social media
- ability to move around to multiple job sites and events to capture content
- Understanding and ability to do social media on the following platforms: facebook, instagram, tik tok, instagram threads, X, additional platforms as required
- ability to post as often as each business requires
- ability to write creative and engaging content/posts
- maintain brand media aesthetics and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing & storytelling channels
- ability to maintain file management - ensuring all of our assets are well-organized and accessible
- be proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- have impeccable attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities for content accuracy
- have a strong sense of aesthetics, a love for excellent copy, and witty communication
- be skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content
- have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- have proficiency with digital marketing and proven experience in creating a successful social media strategy
- have the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- be / stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and social media
- have strong research skills to identify target audiences and trends
- familiarity with advertising principles

Additional Assets to have for this role:

- knowledge of how to use a DSLR camera
- knowledge of how to use video editing programs: Davinci, Capcut, etc.
- knowledge and understanding on how to use Adobe products:Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
- knowledge of digital marketing and how to use programs such as Mail Chimp
