Voltage Power Ltd, a subsidiary of Aecon Utilities, is a design build high voltage electrical contracting firm that provides the highest quality in products and services for electrical utilities, independent power producers and large power users.

**What You will Do Here**:
- Support Operations & EHS in the writing, updating and managing of technical documents (Safety Plans, Work Methods and Procedures / Matrix, Training Documents/Matrix, Bid Documents, etc..).- Collaborate with technical staff.- Analyze and manage existing and potential content.- Create and maintain the information architecture.- Make high-quality documentation that meets Aecon/Voltage Power standards, is appropriate and easy to use.- Support field staff operations.- Co-ordinate apprenticeship activities / schooling / indenturing etc.- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

**What You will Bring to the Team**:

- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Driver’s license.
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
