Staff Product Manager - Media Recording and Supervisor Engagement
We are actively seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to join our dynamic team to lead the development and execution of innovative features focused on media recording and real-time supervisor engagement within our industry-leading Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for media recording products, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for technical innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive advantage.- Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key deliverables and capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with product vision and strategic goals.- Feature Specification: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications. Clearly define system architecture, data models, APIs, and other technical components to guide implementation.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, engineering, and design to drive alignment and execution of product initiatives. Communicate technical requirements, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development. Advocate for the needs of customers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on recording, media, telecom or other related technologies.- Strong technical background with expertise in system architecture, cloud computing, AWS services, and unified communication.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Passion for innovation and a keen interest in emerging technologies and industry trends in the recording and supervisor engagement space.
